Our program offers more than the ordinary kennel experience. Your puppy will stay with their trainer, benefiting from personalized attention and tailored training. Whether it's mastering basic commands, perfecting potty training, or learning to walk politely on a leash, your pup will receive expert guidance to help them grow into a well-behaved companion.

Our Process + Stay Options

Upon drop-off, you’ll join the trainer for a fun and informative 60-minute session. You'll also participate in another session at pick-up and a final in-home session to ensure a smooth transition. Your active involvement is essential—following the provided routines and tips will help solidify your puppy's progress.

Got multiple puppies? No problem! We offer special discounts for sibling pups, so be sure to reach out early to reserve your spot.

Our stays vary from 2 Week Stays to 4 Week Stays, our Custom Length Stays if you need additional training needs.
2 Week Stay: For puppies and basic training: Basic Obedience Commands, Loose-Leash Walking, Crate Training (if necessary), and Potty Training (if necessary) to name a few.

4 Week Stay: For moderate behavioral modification and Intermediate Obedience Training: Basic Obedience Commands, Reactivity / Confidence Building, Distraction and Distance Training, and Loose-Leash Walking as well.

As a new pup owner, I wanted to make sure my puppy was set up to be a good canine and companion. I reached out to Allison to learn more about the board and train program and she instantly put me at ease, she runs a great model of training one pup a time in her home with her family and pets (unlike some programs where there are multiple dogs being trained at the same time). Allison was able to focus on a few key things I was hoping to have addressed, as well as teaching my pup the basic commands and reinforcing potty training. She also worked with her on being on the leash and reacting to new people/pets when out and about. Allison was great about giving me updates every 48 hrs as to my pup’s progress (including photos), both what she was doing well on and where she was struggling. She was quick to respond to questions and provide clarity. When I picked up my pup, she had mastered her basic commands and Allison walked me through how to reinforce training/continue working with my pup at home. She also sent me a wonderful Word doc that outlined all the things I may need to know. I was a little nervous about sending my sweet puppy away, but she came back her wonderful self with better mastery of her commands. Allison and the team at Peticularly Perfect are fantastic at their craft and I’m so grateful they offer such tailored services. Allison and Rome are amazing! I had to leave on emergency for 60 days and was able to book my 6 month old cocker spaniel for the board and train. Allison gave me daily updates and pictures and I was allowed to visit him every few weeks to go over the training. My out of control puppy is now obedient! They spent so much time with Duggie to reinforce their training methods. They were patient! Duggie played with the other dogs everyday and is now a very social dog. I recommend Allison to everyone looking for a simple overnight stay to a board and train. Her prices are so reasonable and their customer service/skills are beyond amazing! Thank you Allison and Rome! Knowing that your pet is in a safe and playful environment while you are away is the most satisfying feeling you will ever experience.

How It Works

Schedule Call

Connect with one of our trainers to see if we’re a good fit for you and your pup. During the call we’ll address your concerns and discuss your training goals.

Schedule Evaluation

During the evaluation, your trainer will observe and assess your dog’s behaviors, providing you with immediate training techniques. Afterwards if we determine we’re a good fit, we’ll send you an invitation to secure your stay.

Start Training

Board and Train programs are not promises for behavior modification.

The success of board and train programs is highly due to the owner following through with training techniques at home. Dogs may be well rehabilitated with a board and train program, but fall back into old habits at home if training is not reinforced. Reach out to Peticularly Perfect and your trainer for support and follow all training instructions assigned by your trainer to help ensure success.
